It was not so severe. I could speak. My way of speaking was very complicated and many people could not understand me. I exhaled all the air. And then I was trying to squeeze words out of me as fast as I could. It is very frustrating. My biggest problem are stupors when I cant even start a sentence. It happens even now sometimes but I know how to deal with it.
