I recorded myself speaking once for a class video. it was pretty okay and kind of what I expected. But I didn't have the right format for editing etc so my classmate came over with his camcorder and recorded me again. Holy shit! I still cringe when I remember it. I mean it wasn't just the disfluencies which were noticeable but expected, but the faces I made... it was a bit horrifying tbh and I've never done it again. Made me really start work on managing this thing.
