Sometimes I think I'm Fine but still have bad periods of increased stuttering for days or weeks at a time. I always find if I do relaxation activities just like meditation type breathing exercises at home alone it really helps. I might night feel any more anxious then my usual but I might be physically tense or something like that. I don't really know but it helps me so hopefully it helps you too
