Thanks for your tips, I do similar to what you do. One weird tip I read about in a book about stuttering said, if you can't say a name, try and sing it or make it into a tune. It does sound a bit weird I know. But sometimes I'd rather say a name a bit unusual than say nothing at all! I almost sing a woman's name at work (which helps me say it) then she plays along and almost sings my name back. Apparently it comes from stutterers being able to sing without stuttering, so combining talking and singing can help.
