I’ve always had a block on my name too, and sometimes I just use a different name when I do things like order coffee. Maybe this isn’t the right advice, but you could have a fake name that you use on these calls. Another strategy is to have a certain voice that you use when you’re making phone calls, talking in a voice outside of my normal voice typically gets rid of my blocks.
