Disability Insurance?

Disability Insurance? Hi all, I live in Los Angeles and I’ve lost both my freelance gigs because of California’s new AB5 law (it is a total shit show that has cost thousands of jobs across the state). Does anyone know a way to qualify for SSDI (Disability Insurance) or something similar? My stutter is quite severe (and documented by my speech pathologist). I’d rather be working but my stutter severely limits any job opportunities I might come across (which are already rare in themselves). I appreciate any tips or information or resources. Thanks, all.
