That's how you do it. I recently got my first job (I was on SSI for my stuttering for 4 years and then they decided to scrap it and take me off.) in retail. I work at Walmart which has a "10 foot": rule. We are forced to smile and ask everything with in 10 feet of us if they need help. I stutter constantly but most people don't care, they just want help finding something. I love those people who don't finish my sentences or they have some sort of sympathy because they know someone that stutters. life is too short to give a fuck and personally I've wasted over a decade caring, and being afraid. No more! I'm with you!
