If you find a answer to that pls share buddy..I would recommend getting speech therapy since it works for some people. And boosting confidence by working out & taking care of your health..not everybody who stutters when they're kids continue into adulthood...I'm in my 30s and it's still hell on earth for me..but that doesn't mean it will continue to be for you..I've had fluent periods of my life and then It always seemed to come back to haunt me...but don't be discouraged!..therapy & some select medications are out there that can help some people. So try to stay positive.
