Yes about adding the Ability to the Zoloft(Sertraline) I was told Ability was an antipsychotic used off-label for boosting antidepressants. I really think the Abilify was a major contribution to my TOTAL fluency. I had to stop it because I didn't sleep but everyone reacts differently. I took it for only 6 months but remained TOTALLY fluent for 5 years until 8 months ago. I now have only minor blocking. Most people consider me fluent. Its me who remembers being fluent, being able to say anything without any feeling I'm going to block. I think what I have now is known as called covert stuttering. BTW. I had the amazing good fortune to be seen last week by Dr. Gerald Maguire the for most world’s authority on stuttering. He believes the medication I am prescribed has interfered with my frontal lobe. I was told to stop it and report back about my speech. If there is no change, he has a medication in mind. I wish you good luck and think about the Ability.
