The first thing we did was work on my breathing by: 1. Making sure I breathe with my diaphragm 2. See how long I can exhale and inhale for and try to make that more 3. Practice saying sounds like aaaa, eeee, ooooh and increase the amount of time I can say that sound, in one breath. I started at 15 seconds and I’m at 25 seconds now. She wants me to reach like 50 seconds I think
