I’ve had a lifelong stutter and am now high up in an IT organization. Your stutter doesn’t define you. Get out in front of it at the start of the interview. Say “I do have a stutter but am really looking forward to speaking with you. Just know I may have some pauses when I’m speaking”. People are much more understanding than you may think. Some of my best meetings/interviews/presentations are when I tell people I have a stutter.
