I figured out neurochemical imbalance is one of the major causes of stutter . After taking prescribed anxiety meds for a month my anxiety kinda reduced from within, even though the affect of a single anxiety tablet lasts only for some hours . Now I'm taking 2 different kinds of supplements L tyrosine and NAC everyday . My stutter is under control if not absent , even if I dont take anything for a day my stutter will be still under control. Also its very important to stay in a passively relaxed state all the time and its not about doing yoga and shit which one does for like 15 min . While i'm about to talk to a stranger I consciously instantaneously relax myself making my mind become blank for few seconds . Nothing else worked for me like conventional speech therapy because I know that I dont stutter because of just anxiety, lack of willpower ,anticipation and other kinds of gaslighting bs
