You are thinking in loops: "I cannot speak fluently, because I need more, because I cannot do it by myself, because I see 'my experience that I just now stuttered' as proof that I cannot speak fluently" My advice is to break the loop for example as you mentioned by not trying to speak fluently to replace your ocd thought. Always observe the ocd thought beforehand though because if it's conscious you can change it.
