I used sertraline, which is a anti depressant mostly used for teenagers. It did help me but was changing my mood quite a bit, much happier but artificial. Situations like vocal exams were still hell, but small talk went much better up to the point where I would seek conversations with strangers. I can recommend you to talk to your doctor about this.
