I probably wouldn’t have built my physique the way I did. Being in shape was my saving grace in dating because having muscle attracted women far more than my conversation skills lol. I was always active so I didn’t lift exclusively for women but it certainly helped compensate for stuttering and I liked the positive reinforcement. Also because I’m not prone to be super talkative I spent a lot of time alone to focus on my career and other interests
