In college I had a really hard time talking to girls because of my stutter. I remember this one girl I really liked and stammered my way through asking her on a date and then on the date I could hardly talk to her at all. As you can imagine that didn’t go anywhere. Then I met my now wife also in college and for whatever reason didn’t have much trouble talking to her. We hung out all the time and talked late into the night. I asked her once what she thought about my stutter and she said she hardly noticed it and it wasn’t a big deal. So I married her and 20 years later I’m very happy. Once you find the girl you’re compatible with and accepts you for who you are don’t let her go.
