I don't have any video recommendations, but I will also recommend some yoga or especially meditation. I've benefited greatly from meditation. It slows down my thoughts, my breathing and my ability to not panic in everyday speaking situations. I've become more calm because of meditation. Nothing more than just sitting down for 10-15 minutes, with your eyes closed, focusing on your breath. I hope it can help you as well!
