I took the same med, same dose, once I got my first big-boy job and was experiencing much more anxiety over my speech. If there was an effect, it wasn’t an immediately recognizable, life-changing one. My anxiety did lessen, but I think that was just from getting used to job, excelling at it and gaining some confidence. Eventually I stopped taking the pill on my own and didn’t notice any ill effects.
