I’m in a similar situation right now (23M). Interviewing all over the place for a job that I need after months of having nothing. When I was recently back in speech therapy I discovered self disclosure as a tool, and have found great results from it. If you’re unfamiliar, as I was, it’s a simple but powerful way to give other people and yourself the freedom to let you stutter. I have a little pre-prepared statement that goes something like “in case you haven’t noticed already, I speak with a speech impediment. It isn’t a big deal but I just wanted to let you know, and please feel free to ask any questions or for me to repeat anything.” They’ll usually offer a quick pleasantry and we’ll get right back to the interview. It’s helpful because it let’s them know what’s going on and allows them the freedom to interact with you and let you stutter, and it takes pressure off of you when you know that they know. I hope this is helpful, prays to you in your job search!
