What helped for me was going to speech therapy for a while (a couple of years) AND learning to not care about my stutter. To truly adopt the attitude of “If I stutter then it’s no big deal,” Much easier said than done. But I’d say the attitude shift is what made the biggest impact - I found anxiety and stress from the stutter just made stuttering worse or more frequent. So it fed into itself.
