My bf doesn’t know about my stutter Hi, I’ve been currently 1,5year in a relationship. It’s going really well. Not only in the relationship but also with hiding my stutter. Of course I’m having bad days and also the good ones. My stutter consists of blocks, pauses in speech, sometimes I repeat some words but I think that I haven’t had any huge block in front of my bf yet. Or yes but he probably never noticed. However, my stutter is getting worse with people I know longer. For example, I stutter the most with my parents. Last months I’ve started to have a bad times with my speech more and more and I feel that I need to be honest and tell my bf asap as I want to avoid the moment of surprise for him… Stuttering is very sensitive topic for me and I’m so scared to talk about it with people as most of them don’t understand.. how to tell him? I’m afraid he will me mad that I didn’t tell him before..😔
