Maybe she meant it with some disrespect/sarcasm/as a joke or whatever but she's sorry, that's what matters, she wants to improve as a human or something like that. I think we should be able to forgive people who are truly sorry, if not, how can you expect other people to forgive you? everyone makes mistakes, but what really counts is that they want to learn from them.
