Yes I have anxiety about taking on the phone, but voicemail is especially terrifying! I think I have a hard time relaying common info like name, phone #, email, etc, because they are set in stone and there is no way for me to meander/change words to be more suitable, because the info has to be accurate 😅 thoughts?
