It took a few minutes but and sometimes it’s hard to keep it up. It’s really hard to explain but instead of pausing and holding a throat block, I would force myself to repeat the word until I could say the rest of my sentence. I would say just try it, I’m a cashier like I said so I had a lot of practice with it
