“Stutter Association” just doesn’t make sense grammatically. Yes, you have “a stutter” but “stuttering” is the word to refer to the overall concept. Exactly like “hunting” or “fishing.” It’s a little awkward... just an annoying thing about English. It’s really weird how we use gerunds (-ing) to refer to both the present progressive tense (I am stuttering) and the overall concept of something.
