I absolutely get it, I work in customer service and mine too isn’t terrible but talking to strangers and on the phone is when it’s the worst. I haven’t been in this subreddit very long at all but just absolutely know you’re with people who completely understand the struggles. It’s not just the mental stress but also the physical strain and pain that comes with it and the straight up exhaustion from just trying to talk. Ugh.
