Oh ok, then you might want to just prepare headlines, so like when you're presenting prepare your slideshow or whatever you're presenting, and make sure you have the main ideas on there, and always have a lot to talk about, so when someone asks a question you always have a response. And for the point that you say stay calm, you gotta understand it really isn't that simple, and sometimes its ok to not be calm, but to find a way where you use not being calm to your advantage. One of the mistakes people do, is that they say that they aren't calm, it isn't usually the best to do. Best you can do, is to set yourself an objective for each presentation and no matter what happens, you always get to it. Ive been doing a lot of presentations throughout the past years, i may not be the best but ive had to learn a lot about how to Execute it well.
