Idk where you got that but the only thing most people do when someone is stuttering is: noticing that they are stuttering, nothing else and I'm sure the only ones who don't are probably just bullies or ignorant of the fact it's a condition that's out of your hands. It's akin to people getting mad that someone who's a handicap can't run, how many times do you see that? You actually have more of an excuse socially when it comes to not being able to talk than someone without a stutter
