Not at all, my job is so easy that sometimes I help other people a lot or just do their jobs to pass the time, this way nobody cares if I speak with them or just stay quiet all the time. Also, I stay alone all the time so I became super introvert and don't like to talk with my coworkers at all. However, this lack of communication is bad if I want to get a better position in the company. My stutter is a big limitation to get a better job.
