I know things can feel like the end of the world at times. And you can feel alone. But there are people that will listen even when you do stutter. Source those people out. Social connection is important. It’s not going to be an easy road mate. But learn to accept and be kind to yourself and your stutter. Be gentle on yourself and try not to beat yourself up. There are ways of thinking that better serve you. Like how you relate to yourself and how you see yourself because of your stutter. Try to challenge those ideas if you can. I know the situation you are in. I’ve lived it. You have light inside you. Don’t forget that. There’s more to you than your stutter. A lot more. It’s okay that you stutter. Keep telling yourself that it’s okay that you stutter. It will make it a little be easier I promise.
