Everyone who stutters is different and we have all developed ways to cope. I think Leo did an amazing job of portraying one of the many different ways a person stutters, its actually pretty impressive. They way he stutters is similar to the way I do, however, I block more often. Things that have really helped me: - Diaphragmatic breathing (practicing the technique and applying in real life situations) - Meditation, and to add on to this, overall mindfulness - Using the Stamurai App has been very helpful for me. - PERSISTANCE, working on my stutter every day - Sorry Mods if this isn't allowed, but I have also had luck with microdosing psilocybin and LSD (NOT at the same time) - Working to reduce anxiety in my life overall Well, this got long winded!
