Totally understood. I hate the fact that we even have to talk during lunch. The best solution would be a self-serve system (though probably impossible because people are greedy pigs) where you just pay with your card. We have stands labeled 'Lunch 1,' 'Lunch 2,' and 'Lunch 3,' each with huge signs explaining what the food is, yet somehow the cook still asks, 'What do you want?' Like, seriously? It's ridiculous. Sometimes I even avoid foods like dumplings because they always ask, 'How many?' Just serve everyone the same portion, and if someone wants less, that’s their problem
