Suttering as an Elephant in the room for me

Suttering as an Elephant in the room for me I am 22 yo stutterer and I my experience lately is different than before. Currently at the university and in the work (I work in corporate company as a Business Analyst) no one ever made any joke about my stuttering. What\`s more nobody ever mentioned or asked about my stuttering. It has became an elephant in the room - issue everyone is aware of, but nobody would ever dare to ask me about. Not even long-term friends or coworkers. They are all very respectful and probably afraid of hurting me so they never mention it. But I feel like it would help me if I could tell them about it and talk about it openly. Do you have any experience how to open the talk?
