I know this is kind of easy to say but honestly, if he isn't cool about it, he probably isn't someone you want to be working for anyway. If he is a jerk about something like a stutter, he will be a jerk about other things too. I think it will probably be ok though. One thing I've learned over the years is that my stutter is almost always a much bigger deal to me than it is to anyone else.
