My observation of stutter communities I've had a stutter my whole life, I've been to speech therapy for years which didn't help me at all. I've worked on my speech via a program which I won't name because I don't want to break the rules of this subreddit. I've noticed a common theme in the stutter community, people are forcing this "you should accept your speech" motto. I believe this is utter utter nonsense. We shouldn't accept it! We should work on it. We should try and improve it. My observation of the stutter community is people share there bad stories and people just j*ck eachother off giving sympathies and not giving people realistic steps and advice to improve their speech. A lot of people with a stutter are not bothered to improve their speech! They just want to complain about it or they're comfortable being alone and don't want to work on their speech at all. I respect and support everyone that's willingly trying their best to improve their speech and those who know they can sort it out.
