Mine is also severe to a point that I even stop talking. Well my workplace is also quite toxic and guess what, the current position Im on, the previous guy committed suicide due to extreme work pressure so it is quite tough and takes a toll on one's mental health. Talking part is still required no doubt in that, but not as much as being a doctor, lawyer, teacher, anchor etc.
