I've had this too. I used to work on the phones 50+ hours a week. Stuttering was rarely a problem because I enjoyed the job but one day at work I felt so overwhelmed and I stuttered like a madman all of a sudden. The lady hung up on me. So it happens but I hope you can regain your confidence.
