Please tell me that I'm not alone. Hi, I'm new to this sub and I have a question for everyone. Has anybody ever had to deal with being bullied due to your stutter, like having people make fun of you for your stutter by interrupting you on purpose? I had to deal with this all the time when I was a kid, I'm almost 23 now and I still feel like I have to deal with it to this very day and it drives me nuts. What about people even mimicking your stutter just to get a rise out of you? I don't really seem to have to deal with it that much now as an adult but when I was a kid I had to deal with it practically all the time in school and it made me so mad. Let me just tell you, not letting the bullies see that they're getting to you is SO much easier said than done. So please tell me I'm not alone in this.
