Exactly! Just a simple breath or two was my go to and then I kinda just found that not pushing on it in the first place also helped. Like not trying to break through the block but just repeating the word nice and slow until the tension released. The breath helps tremendously but also trying not to stress over a time limit. Like by breathing I might slow down and get scared they are waiting but don't give such thoughts the time of day and space, instantly focus on what you're trying to say and when you think such thoughts just say "bah" inside your head and don't even worry about it, think about what they're talking about.
