I think the best to do would be to not make a big deal of it or make her aware of that there’s anything abnormal about her speech. Give her plenty of time to speak and don’t finish her sentences for her. If she starts to develop a complex about her speech she’ll start to avoid speaking as much as possible, develop more anxiety about speaking which will start a very big downward spiral.
