Playing music in earphones while recording myself speaking works really well for me. If I’m playing it loud enough to not hear myself talk, the recording of my speech will usually come out pretty fluent. Write your notes first of what you want to say so you can just read from it while playing music over earphones and hitting record. It’s a pretty good cheat code when you need to do recordings.
