I’m a thrice over protected class (e.g., Native, veteran, combat disabled). I have a PhD and Masters degrees - both from top 10 schools. I speak three foreign languages and know 3 computer languages. I have worked on multimillion dollar projects at every level of government. My speech went to sh!t during my PhD (such a terribly abusive process). I’ve been more or less unemployed for 7 years now. My situation has forced me to make my money “under the table.” It sucks and I want something meaningful, but that game seems to be fixed.
