Hard agree on the first part. I’ve been stuttering for 18 years and’s I can say that every single day when you’re reminded that you stutter only leads to an increase in gap of your self esteem and how you perceive others. The moment you stop giving too much importance to others and stop putting them on a pedestal, viewing them as equal human beings(I’m currently working on this myself), it’s a lot easier on the mind to just voice out your thoughts. Thank you!❤️
