I think putting that you stutter in the bio is the best thing to do, even if you don’t want to. It stops you from wasting others time and your time too. Anyone who likes your profile will know automatically about your speech and will be ok with it. When I was online dating, I used to not say anything until the date in person but then it was just awkward. I wish I would’ve told them beforehand.
