Do you ever get over the mental aspect of stuttering? I find when I have my streaks of fluency, there is always a thought in my brain that reminds me I have a stutter, then I can randomly start feeling anxious about speaking if I think about it too much, sort of feels like something has a hold on my neck, weird to explain but you might understand.
