I work as a content writer for an IT firm, and also help with email customer support and project management (we are a small team). I do my best to avoid stammering, but if it happens, it happens. As part of my job, I need to do essentially a mini speech every morning, to summarize the previous day to my managers and outline what I plan to do that day. It's been good for me.
