In the spirit of motivational quotes or what have you, a book I enjoyed is Nassim Taleb's Antifragile. The concept is that instead of pushing the idea of weathering a storm or enduring a bad period, you want to actually be truly anti-fragile and use the chaos to improve yourself. As stutterers, we can use our tribulations to make ourselves better people, instead of just surviving. “Antifragility is beyond resilience or robustness. The resilient resists shocks and stays the same; the antifragile gets better.”
