Hey, my speech disorder also developed very early, I also went to speech therapy as a kid, but it didn't help much. Then, when I was about 13, I started reading a book aloud for 30 minutes every day and that really helped me a lot! I was able to speak more fluently, had less "congestion" in my throat, etc. I still do this sometimes when I notice I have more "bad speaking days" than usual.
