A stutterer in Alien: Romulus?

A stutterer in Alien: Romulus? Just saw it today. Some Hollywood movies get an early release in Korea and Alien: Romulus was one of them. The one black character in it seems to have a bit of stutter of block type. But I am not totally sure. I might be projecting. Without spoiler, I can tell you this. He is not dumb.
