I don't mean that you have to do the entire process in a conversation lol. The technique described above is meant for words you have difficult with. Basically you're supposed to practice stuttering on those words on your own time, and then feel where the tension. Then you have to target where the tension is and consciously relax those specific areas. Then when you're in conversation, and you happen to encounter that word, you just remember where the tension was and try to relax those parts.
